More Horror™ is an independent horror entertainment publication and social media creator network dedicated to horror films, filmmakers, and the people who keep the genre alive.
Founded in 2008 by filmmaker and editor Seth Metoyer, More Horror began with a simple mission: connect horror fans with the films, stories, and creative voices worth discovering. Nearly two decades later, that mission continues through MoreHorror.com and a growing network of writers, correspondents, and content creators covering horror across multiple platforms.
From major studio releases and independent productions to film festivals, premieres, interviews, and haunted attractions, More Horror brings audiences closer to the people and projects shaping the genre.

With more than 100,000 combined followers across our social media platforms, More Horror has grown into a multiplatform entertainment network connecting horror audiences with news, reviews, original features, interviews, and social content.
Our contributors and creators cover premieres, red carpets, festivals, and special events, bringing their own perspectives and personalities to the stories they share. Through written journalism, photography, video coverage, and social media collaborations, we're building a network that celebrates horror both on screen and behind the scenes.
We also believe independent horror deserves a place in the conversation. Some of the genre's most interesting work comes from filmmakers operating outside the traditional studio system, and discovering those projects remains an essential part of what we do.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Seth Metoyer is a filmmaker, writer, music composer, graphic designer, and longtime horror enthusiast with
more than 15 years of experience in independent film production.
His work includes producing more than 20 independent feature films, including Daytime Emmy Award-winning work, along with composing music for feature-length horror productions and working across audio production, visual design, and entertainment media.
His experiences on both sides of the filmmaking process helped shape More Horror into a platform that
understands the challenges of creating, releasing, and promoting independent cinema.
What began in 2008 as a personal passion for horror has grown into an expanding community of writers,
creators, filmmakers, and fans who share that enthusiasm.
