DEATH KNIGHT: Award-Winning Indie Horror-Comedy Now Available on Prime Video
Medieval slaughter meets modern horror-comedy in Death Knight, the latest feature from filmmaker Jamison M. LoCascio (Know Fear, How Dark They Prey), now available to watch on Prime Video.
The micro-budget independent feature brings a murderous medieval knight into the slasher genre, mixing gruesome encounters with a healthy dose of absurd humor.
The film stars rapper and comedian Ryze Hendricks, alongside Morgan Lennon as Kara, Bella Mraz as Marie, and Nelson DePasquale as the titular killer.
Death Knight has already made some noise on the festival circuit, earning the Audience Choice Award at the 2026 Manhattan Film Festival. The production has also attracted a growing online audience, with its official Instagram account drawing more than 20,000 followers.
Director Jamison M. LoCascio continues his exploration of independent genre filmmaking following projects including Know Fear and How Dark They Prey. His latest effort embraces a more outrageous corner of horror, trading supernatural dread for medieval-inspired slasher chaos.
